Quaus
Quaus is the first ring of our collection and its foundation. It represents the doorway through which we entered the world of art. Art Deco was our starting point, the movement that first made us want to understand art, design, and architecture.
It all began by observing Brussels buildings that stopped us in our tracks with their forms and lines. As we tried to understand what drew us in, we discovered the codes of Art Deco, and our curiosity expanded to New York skyscrapers, Brussels landmarks, and European modernist houses. Their geometry shaped our approach.
Quaus pays tribute to this influence: clean lines, defined contours, structured facets, and a verticality inspired by the Chrysler Building, the Rockefeller Center, the Palais Stoclet, the Villa Empain, and the Villa Cavrois.
